Our equipment is located in two London data centres, all customer data is held on high performance fibre channel SANs and all servers are clustered to ensure that no service is provided by one server. And, crucially, we never place your data outside the UK.
As a member RIPE (the European Internet Registry) we control the portion of the Internet that makes up our network. As members of LINX (the London Internet eXchange) we connect to the UK's Internet backbone.
